Community
ConsMin recognises that indigenous people are the traditional owners of the land where we operate.
We believe that indigenous engagement is key to our sustainability. We seek to make a lasting positive difference to indigenous people and our traditional owners through increased workforce participation and improved social and economic outcomes.
We will protect and preserve sites of cultural significance and comply with all applicable native title, land rights and Aboriginal heritage laws.
Our workplace is diverse and inclusive, and we promote opportunities to understand and celebrate indigenous culture, customary laws, beliefs and traditions.
Community Grants Program
The ConsMin Community Grants Program is open to all of our employees and is designed to fund not for profit organisations such as community sporting groups, community events, small infrastructure and community support services. It enables our employees to support the local communities in which they live as well as improving morale and employee engagement.
